EKE PANUKU CAMPS
In partnership with the
Bay of Plenty District Health Board, Tûhoe youth from Waimana,
Taneatua, Ruatoki, Waiohau, Ruatahuna and Waikaremoana attend 3-day supervised
camps every 3-months. This includes beach camps learning fishing, boating
and swimming; gathering kaimoana, water safety and team building.
We also hold bush camps with 3-day horse trek through Te Urewera National
Park, swimming, fishing, eeling, bush lore, history and team building.
We run winter camps too focusing on skiing, mountain safety, survival skills,
treks and team building.
