Also, the sites are usually well-secured, allowing for safe transactions without the fear of being scammed. However, you should always be sure that you are on the official website of the company you want to avoid falling victim to online thieves who have similar websites to those of online shops and they target lost customers.

  • Cost-effective

There are many online stores where you can compare the prices of similar products and go for one that is more affordable than the rest. On the other hand, it is difficult to move from one shop to another physically while comparing the prices of similar products.

Do online shops provide transportation for the ordered items?

Most of the online shops include shipping fees in the final price. After you pay the entire amount, the company will then collect your delivery address from their website and organise for shipping and delivery of your items.

The amount of shipping charges you pay will depend on how far you are and the type of product you have purchased. Some products require extra care while handling and will have high shipping fees. It is advisable to try and find an online store that is as close to you as possible to reduce the shipping charges.

Every day, we do a lot of things that can affect the performance and credibility of the human body and our eyes are not an exception. Although it is creditworthy for getting more than  80% of the impressions of the world, our everyday habits and routines degenerate their functionality at a steady pace. But making a few changes in our diet and everyday life, we can restore their spark.  Let’s have a look at these four tips on how we can keep them healthy.

Maintain A Healthy Diet

Every part of our body is interlinked with one another. For example, obesity can cause type 2 diabetes which can lead to blindness in adults. Cataracts are getting common in people above 50. Vascular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, and glaucoma are other major issues that defect the eyes. All these issues can be avoided if you make a healthy diet a part of your daily life. The green vegetables like kale, spinach, and collards, the oily fish such as tuna and salmon,  the citrus fruits such as oranges and lemon, the beans, nuts, eggs all are the source of high protein, Omega 3 fatty acid, zinc, vitamin C and E are effective in keeping your eyes healthy.

Protective eyewear or shades

Sunglasses are a must when you are outdoors. People are mistaken if they think that It’s a fashion accessory.  It’s a necessity for your eyes to keep them safe from dangerous ultraviolet rays which can cause muscular degeneration, pinguecula, and cataracts. If you think that sunglasses are not your thing, there are contact lenses available in the market that provide equal UV protection. In the workplace where you are open to hazardous chemicals or machinery or any dangerous airborne material, protective eyewear saves you from eye injuries and infections.

Limit the use of screens

Spending long hours on laptops, mobiles, or other digital screens can severely affect your eyes. It causes focus issues, blurry vision, eyestrains, and dryness.  It can also cause neck strains,  shoulder pain,  and backache due to long rigid postures. Smoking hinders the performance of blood vessels that are designed to supply nutrients and blood to your eyes. And if it seems that hard to quit smoking,  remember you are twice or even three times more at risk of getting these debilitating eye conditions. The choice is yours!

Hemp in New Zealand legislation

Around 300 ha have been grown in New Zealand, 200 of which from the Midlands, the largest producer nationwide. The estimated potential is higher: at least 1000 ha only on the South Island.

Business turnover, industrial system and trade

Hemp in New Zealand legislation

In the medium to long term, an income of 4500-5500 New Zealand dollars (2600-3200 euros) per hectare is estimated for growers. If the trade in seeds is authorized by law, the proceeds from exports are expected .

The sale of hemp-based products is legally limited to seed oil, fiber and seeds intended for animal feed.

For licenses that authorize the production of CBD, the forecasts for 2019 bode well, but a law on medical cannabis must first come into force.

Social fabric

New Zealand today is a parliamentary monarchy divided into 16 regions and 74 urban and rural territorial authorities, 4 of which (including the Chatman Islands), being also regions, are defined as ‘unitary authorities’. To these are added 3 political-territorial realities: the island state of Niue and the Cook Islands, freely associated with New Zealand, and the ‘Dependence’ (since 1926) of Tokelau.

The country was one of the few British colonies in which hemp was not cultivated extensively, to the advantage of New Zealand flax (Phormium tenax), a fiber plant also used by local inhabitants and used as a raw material for the textile industry.

Following the ratification of the 1961 Single Convention, the fate of hemp, no longer distinct from cannabis, was that of a ban, sanctioned by the Law on Narcotic Substances of 1965.
